Eligibility: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Vineyard Vines, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM EST on July 2, 2024 and end at 11:59 PM EST on September 2, 2024. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: To enter, you must meet all eligibility requirements set forth above and use at least one of the following methods:

(a) Instagram Entry: (i) follow @vineyardvines on Instagram; (ii) like the social activation post; (iii) tag two friends; and (iv) comment #VVJeepGiveaway.

(b) Facebook Entry: (i) follow @vineyardvines on Facebook; (ii) like the social activation post; (iii) tag two friends; and (iv) comment #VVJeepGiveaway.

(c) Landing Page Entry: scan a QR code or type in the URL found on promotional materials advertising this Sweepstakes and complete the entry form on the landing page.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per method of entry. By entering, you indicate your agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions related to this Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

Drawing: On or about September 5, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners, one (1) winner for each prize, from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner by direct message or email, depending on the method of entry. If a potential winner fails to respond within five (5) days, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. A potential winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility certifying that he or she is eligible and able to receive a prize and a Publicity Release consenting to the potential participation in promotional activities related to the Sweepstakes and/or the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free use of his/her name and/or photo for promotional purposes. In addition, the potential first prize winner may also be required to prove possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Prizes: The first (1st) prize winner will receive the 2024 Jeep® Gladiator Rubicon 4X4 featured in promotional materials for the Sweepstakes (“the Vehicle”). The approximate retail value of the Vehicle is $77,260. The winner will be required to pay income taxes on the prize. Please check with your tax advisor for potential tax consequences. The Vehicle is used and awarded as-is. The actual Vehicle may vary from promotional images of the Vehicle. The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Vehicle, including, but not limited to (unless expressly stated otherwise), registration, license and title fees, delivery, and vehicle insurance. Arrangements for delivery of the Vehicle will be made after winner validation.

The second (2nd) prize winner will receive an official vineyard vines Ultimate Beach Tailgate Set (approximate value of $1,300 USD).

The third (3rd) prize winner will receive a Vineyard Vines gift card in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). Gift card terms apply.

For all prizes: Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. You may not request cash or a substitute prize. However, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The prizes may not be transferred prior to award. The total approximate retail value of all prizes offered is $78,810.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor may (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt of any prize, or any use or misuse of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever.

Privacy Policy: Any information you submit related to the Sweepstakes may be used for marketing purposes and for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Winner Information: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Vineyard Vines Marketing Department 181 Harbor Drive, Stamford, CT, 06902. Requests must be received within a one (1) year of completion of the Sweepstakes.
