Yeah, well, I was born in the British Virgin Islands.
About seven generations ago, we started out in a place
they call Scotland. And then from Scotland to England,
and from England to America, through Boston. Then we
wound up in the Virgin Islands.
Why would people want
to come to the BVIs?
Oh, well, if you've never been to
the British Virgin Islands yet, I'm inviting
to come, see all the sand, SUNSHINE, happiness,
freedom. You’ll enjoy it like me. I promise you!
What’s special about living here?
I've only driven a car four times in my life on
this island. I DON'T HAVE A BANK
ACCOUNT. I don't have a wristwatch. I don't
have a necktie. I don't have a jacket. And if
I was living in America or Europe I would have
to have all those things! So I like the simple
free way of life.
