Run large, legs baggy, and very high waist - Returning

Pants are nice, fabric substantial, but cut is huge. I could almost fit both of my legs in one of the thighs. And I am curvy. Also, I am only 5'2" but often wear non-petite pants, but these pants come up to my bra line. So, nice fabric, odd cut.
