It's a high end quality sweater and needs lots of care in terms of washing and follow exactly the instructions. Very happy with it and thought to buy another one different color but unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get it as it went out of stock

But this is the second quarter zip where the zipper tab pulls right off on first use. What am I doing wrong?

The sweater got countless number of little balls on its surface after just one wash, and now can't return it because it looked good and took tag off
Love the sweater, bad build.
I got this sweater and was very excited. I love how it feels. After one wear the threads are pulling out in two spots. Very dissapointed. ;(
