My son is 11, is 4' 9.5" and weighs 78 pounds. I purchased these shorts in an 8 for him and they fit great, but now I'm trying to buy them all in a 10, because I love them so much and he has hit a growth spurt. We have every single pair offered and they go with his Vineyard Vines tshirts so well. The red isn't a vibrant red, but a surprisingly decent amount of the shirts from here are this shade of red.
